Delivery FAQ
- When will my order ship?
- Orders placed by 3pm are usually shipped the same day during the week, or on Monday if ordered at the weekend. Standard delivery is usually 2 days
- How will my order be shipped?
- Orders fulfilled from our warehouse are mostly shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48 (standard delivery), or Tracked 24 (express)
- Some items are fulfilled from our stock in Amazon using their couriers
- Do you provide tracking?
- Tracking is provided for all orders except for very low cost or small items, which are sent as a large letter with delivery confirmation
- Do you ship outside of the UK?
- We can ship some products outside of the UK, but a special order needs to be placed. Contact us for details (contact details in the page footer)
- What if my item is lost in transit?
- If the delivery is delayed or lost by the courier and does not arrive within 10 days of the expected delivery date, then a refund or replacement will be sent. We may send a refund or replacement earlier than this at our discretion
